Golden hues are naturally dyed with turmeric and highland flowers. Ancient Kichwa motifs honor Pachamama (Mother Earth), a craft passed down through generations. Otavalo's renowned textile guilds and market heritage live on in our people's folkloric attire—embroidered blouses, anaco skirts and fachalinas for women; blue ponchos, white trousers and felt hats for men.
